About Us

Being a grandmother is sweet for Tammy Snow. Candy and chocolates have been part of their family’s story for several generations, and Grammy Tammy continues it with her own small business today. She is especially proud to be a grandmother to 5 lucky grandchildren.

The family has a sweet history, starting with Tammy’s great-grandfather, Bert Sparks. Bert started his own candy company in the early 1910s in Salt Lake City, Utah. He then worked for the Pexton Candy Co. for 17 years in Nephi, Utah. His son, Dee Sparks, continued in the candy business as a wholesaler/distributor on a wide candy route across southern Utah. The family still has the old recipe book from Bert!

Tammy has many sweet memories of her Grandpa Dee, also known by many as “The Candy Man,” and strives to make similarly sweet memories with her grandchildren. Tammy and her daughter, Donna, dip chocolates while other family members help wrap caramels, fold boxes, and fulfill order requests. The grandchildren are her very dedicated taste testers.

Tammy and her family are passionate about using only the best ingredients. Their hand-crafted chocolates are sure to delight!
